According to the “Planning”, by 2015, China’s high-end equipment manufacturing sales revenue will exceed 6 trillion yuan, its share in the equipment manufacturing industry will increase to 15%, the industrial added value rate will reach 28%, and the international market share will increase significantly.

By 2020, the proportion of high-end equipment manufacturing industry sales revenue in the equipment manufacturing industry will increase to 25%, the industrial value-added rate will increase by 2% from the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, and the high-end equipment manufacturing industry will be nurtured as the pillar of the national economy. industry.

According to the "planning" data, in 2010, high-end equipment manufacturing industry achieved sales revenue of about 1.6 trillion yuan, accounting for about 8% of the sales revenue of the equipment manufacturing industry.

Luo Jun believes that the current development of high-end equipment manufacturing requires calm, can not engage in low-level redundant construction, resulting in a large number of industrial surplus. In terms of specific goals, the "Plan" proposed that the focus will be on speeding up the development of large passenger aircraft, regional aircraft, general aviation aircraft and aerospace equipment. Large passenger aircraft will make the first flight, jet regional aircraft will be successfully developed, and 100 branch aircraft will be sold annually. "Planning" proposes that by 2015, the annual output value of the rail transit equipment industry will exceed 400 billion yuan, and the products will meet the needs of China's rail transit construction.
